Privacy Policy

Play Wavelength Online (playwavelengthonline.com) is a free browser game. We don’t require an account and we don’t ask for your name, email or any other personal details to play.
What we store while you play
- Your nickname, team and game actions (clues, dial positions, guesses) are kept in server memory only for as long as your room is active, and are discarded when the room has been empty for about 30 minutes. We do not keep a permanent record of games.
- Local storage in your browser keeps your nickname and a random seat token so you can rejoin a room after a disconnect. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — for example which pages people visit and how many games are started. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data such as your approximate location, device and browser. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are not set unless you give consent. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Affiliate links
Links to the Wavelength board game point to Amazon. If you buy through them we may earn a commission as an Amazon Associate, at no extra cost to you. Amazon may set its own cookies when you follow the link; see Amazon’s privacy notice for details. We do not show ads on this site.
Children
The game is suitable for families, but the site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, use an ad blocker, or clear local storage. The game keeps working without any of them.
